This is a picture of Saul, a 21 year old man who has been HIV positive for three and a half years, and Florence, a 27 year old woman who has been HIV positive for 3 years at the time of the photo. Both are peer educators at the Kibera Community Centre in Kenya. Sub-Saharan Africa is the region of the world that is most affected by HIV/AIDS.
