Associate Professor David Harrich, who works in the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, Molecular Virology Laboratory on HIV. Researchers at the QIMR have successfully modified a protein, found in HIV, that halts replication of HIV. Using 'Gene Therapy' this could emerge as a future cure for AIDS.
