Front view of the mobile HIV testing unit. The Rural Welfare Organisation (RWO) provides community care in the rural parts of Perambalur, Tamil Nadu. Many people in this area are migrant workers and have limited information, support and health services relating to HIV and AIDS therefore making them and their partners very vulnerable to the disease.
