A pharmacy refrigerator with antiretroviral drugs donated by the US government as part of the President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The drug here is Kaletra, a combination of lopinavir and ritonavir. This particular formulation of Kaletra must be kept cool to last for more than a few weeks. A heat-stable version also exists but is not as widely available. This pharmacy is in ECWA Evangel Hospital, Jos, Nigeria.
