The Khomanani campaign is run by the AIDS Communication Team (ACT), a consortium responsible for the Department of Health's HIV/AIDS and TB information, education and communications media. This particular poster is promoting the uptake of antenatal HIV testing, so as measures can be undertaken to help reduce the risk of HIV transmission to infants.
