The Butterfly Tree: 'Feeding Programme' for mothers and babies affected by HIV/AIDS.

The Butterfly Tree is a very small project based in the Kazungula District in the southern province of Zambia. Since December AVERT have been helping fund their 'feeding programme' and their educational workshops that are conducted in the villages for people affected by HIV/AIDS. The 'feeding programme' will help stop the transmission of HIV/AIDS from mother to child by providing powdered milk and preventing breast feeding.
